If you can't explain, in detail, the hidden order of things, of MANY different things, you can't stand next to me and call yourself a business coach. I suppose you could, but you will have to stand behind me. If you can't explain the "hidden order", why not?

TM is in, why is McDo the largest commercial real-estate holder in America and did you know that McDo is also the largest toy manufacturer in the world?

McDonaldsTM didn't make the sophomore mistake to rely on what it sold to become "McDonaldsTM."

  • What McDonaldsTM sells is hamburgers.
  • Their business is real estate and manufacturing.
  • They sell food and toys to their franchise owners.

What You Sell is Not The Business You Should Be in

Domino's never believed it was in the business of pizza. What they sell----Pizza---is an excuse to earn many different ways. Tom Monaghan knew he was in the DELIVERY business first, he sold food to his franchisees second and lastly, he let you buy his food as well. No wonder old Tom became a Billionaire

I bet you think your business is Meleleuca or Coastal or Liberty League. No wonder you are only earning a FRACTION of what you could.

What You Sell is Not The Business You Should Be in

I never made the dumb mistake of thinking what I sold (Nutrition through a Networking company) was my business. My network sold diet pills, really cool nutrition items and even home health and beauty aids. That's what my $6 Million per year biz sold. But that wasn't my business.

My business was about:

  • Earning on the ENTIRE sales process of each consumer.
  • Earning on their CONSUMPTION value.
  • Earning on them even when they quit my program.
  • I earned on the production value of each one of my reps.

I became the "McDonaldsTM" of Network Marketing.

I, like McDonalds, earned on my vendors BEFORE they sold anything. McDonalds sells it's food to the franchise owners and then they in turn sell it to you. I too, like McDonalds, earned a portion of my sales organizations revenue---but not until and not BEFORE-- they paid me to use THE SYSTEM they used to sell the MLM.

You can too. All you have to do is STOP thinking like a little "distributor" of a company and THINK and ACT like McDonalds.

Think business. Think revenue. Think residual income.

Think like this, "I want to earn 1-2-3-4 times on the same people."

My business was the people who sold for me. I earned on their entire production value. My biz was not diet pills. My business was earning money when they:

  • When they needed leads I supplied them with a web site.
  • When they needed a retail affiliate program, they used mine.
  • If they needed ads and post-cards to mail out, they used mine.
  • If they wanted intense training programs, they bought mine.
  • I charged people $1,000 just to use my name and my ads.

Mistake #2
Most people foolishly think the "program" or company that they represent is their business; it's not. That's the suppliers business, not yours and you are simply a vendor for them. You know this is true because you receive a 1099 from them = non-employee compensation tax receipt.

Mistake #3
Most people failed to study exterior businesses similar to theirs and thus they have a very LIMITED view of business, reflected by ONLY those people failing next to you in the program you work. Sam Walton of Wal-Mart spent years INSIDE Kmart and many other competing stores. He studied the competition in order to locate their hidden order and also, what they were doing wrong.

Isn't that what Patriots coach Bill Belichick did?

Three Super Bowls = He Studied The Competition
Bill Belichick did that too and won THREE super bowls out of four. He studied the competition.

How many Network marketing programs have you joined? I have joined at least (50) fifty. I have been to Amway meetings, dined with people in Herbal Life and my competitors, such a Robert Blackman, David LeDoux, who also have affiliate sites, are my FRIENDS.

I have enrolled upwards of 2,000 people PERSONALLY, been on the covers of four magazines and built not one, but (2) Million dollar downlines. Plus I created an MLM affiliate program that sold over a Million dollars worth of MASTER-MIND CD programs

Hmm. Me thinks I uncovered the PROCESS. You will too!

An Industry of Employees Pretending to Be Biz-People Most Networkers can't build a sales organization bigger than a Kindergarten class. Not because they are lazy or dumb. It's because they are employees pretending to be ENTREPRENEURS.

You Know You're Still Wearing Your Employee Badge When...

  • Go in biz for yourself but tell everyone your business is "Melaleuca."
  • Only work one program, as an employee would---instead of five.
  • Employees are used to ONE income and that's all they can see.
  • The Entrepreneur in MLM earns 3-4-5-6 times. Employees once.
  • You join a direct sales deal and think the "company" is your business.
  • Hint: YOU are the company now.
  • Hint: Trump doesn't work for TRUMP TOWERS, he is Trump Towers.
  • Hint: Be an Entrepreneur is a free world. Lose your employee mind.
You Know You're Moving Closer To Madonna and Elvis When
  • Your business card says, (your name) CEO and founder.
  • You earn 3-4-5-6 times on the SAME people in various ways.
  • OTHER people sell what you sell and you earn a percentage on them.
  • You're only like Madonna if you can LAUGH at your competitors.
  • If you are like me and Elvis your customers are world-wide.
  • YOU are the BRAND-----not the vendor who supplies you the brochures.
  • YOU are the BRAND-not the company who makes the soap you sell.
  • You shifted from employee to Entrepreneur to LEADER---stop following!

Mistake #4
It's a mistake to ASK people, "do you want to quit your program and join mine?" It's also a mistake to ask anyone, "are you looking to make some money." Why? Because if you LEAD with money and they do not make any quick, how you brought them into your deal (money) is now why they will leave.

Because after 60 days they weren't into profits.

If you ask people to JOIN anything you give them the objection.

My sales process lasted 2-6 weeks.

  • I earn money when my suspects REJECT my main offer.
  • I don't sell or close people. I market and let them sell themselves.
  • I market and woo people into my sales funnel. I market. Not sell.
  • I earn money from people before they ever used to see my MLM.
  • Prospects got "stuck" in my system for weeks on end. Why?
  • Because I fed my prospects GOLDEN wisdom. That was my glue.
  • I earn multiply times and over and over on the SAME customers.
  • I used what my competition failed to do----on them. Against them.

Promises-Promises

$100,000--Concept #1
What you sell should not be the business you are in. What you sell should be an EXCUSE (study Madonna) to market and merchandise similar things, to the same audience, over and over again. Madonna earns on her loyal fans through concerts, books, children's books, concert programs at $65 each, T-Shirts and she also owns a host of restaurants and earns royalties on her movies. That's like 16 different income streams.

Madonna (yeah!) created her own record label in order to "own" her competition. Think about it. That's how BIG business becomes big. It's about earning ON the competition. Way to go Madge!

Loyalty:
If your program that you work F/T is offering a 401K, a stock package, a health and dental plan and a retirement package-yahoo! If not, if I were you, I would play ENTREPRENEUR and earn as many nickels as I could as often as possible and as many times, on EACH single solitary "lead" and paid customer I could.

Webster calls that being a Capitalist. For $100 bucks 9 of 10 Networkers who SWEAR they are going to make a F/T income being an Entrepreneur, in a capitalistic country, CANT even explain what a capitalist is----much less what an Entrepreneur is. It breeds credibility if you can define what you do and what industry you're in.

Test Question:
Do you earn money like Joe Schroeder and Madonna or are you still futzing around in MLM playing "peek-a-boo" with strangers on the phone? (wink!) "wanna join my MLM!" Hysterical.

MJ never got confused and thought what he DID was how he would earn money. Basketball became the EXCUSE to execute an entire marketing full court press on his loyal fans.

At last count, Brother Michael made $300 Million in 2005 JUST between his cologne and clothing line. Seems to me J-LO (Jenn Lopez) was taking notes.

What You Sell is Not The Business You Should Be in

$100,000---Concept #2
Learn to earn income from your prospects BEFORE they reject your main offer and walk away from you peeved.

  • Have you ever called a prospect who was a stranger to you and after you told them about your "offer" to join your program they quickly laughed you off their phone and they became your competition instead of your partner?
  • Do you earn income month after month from people who join your program and then QUIT? You probably don't. But you can.
  • You probably STOP earning off them after they quit.

Is there a way to earn residually on your customers EVEN if they quit using the program you originally invited them into? Of course!

I Call This an "Exit Program." After going through over 1,400 members who joined and then quit the various programs I promoted in the nineties (I am retired now), I quickly learned, wait, that's a lie. This took me years to uncover.

I learned that 255% or better eventually quits. Not always but often. That, plus I worked so doggone hard to get these folks, that it personally killed me to have to lose the residual income that feathered into my cap----every time someone would quit and hop over to the next "hot" program. Here is how I started to earn sick money with people AFTER they quit and or even BEFORE they started working my primary main program.

 

  • People quit working out.
  • People quit marriages.
  • People quit smoking.
  • People quit jobs.
  • People will quit. That's what people do.

 

Get Paid When They Quit
But before I call your attention to this SINGLE idea that can make you an EXTRA $50,000 bucks this year, I challenge you here and now to think OUT of the box.

This [Part] is Utterly Genius
Forward think and predict WHERE your quitters will be in order to earn on them AFTER they decide to quit.

If they are in UNITED MASTER-MIND you can still earn money from their efforts as they exercise their customer list. Now and later.

Think like Sam Walton. Think like Tom Monaghan of Domino's and begin to realize that fortunes are not in what you actually sell but RIGHT-----NEXT-----TO-----what you sell.

** Sam Walton earned a forutne before you entered his store and became addicted to his prices and insane customer service. How? He made money (see "Made In America" by Sam Walton) when he bougth the items. How? By buying so low and saving money, in his words, he made money.

Do you realize that in super-markets the STORE earns from Kelloggs and Coke before you pay to buy those items? That's right. Coke and Kellogs pays the market advance money for a premium spot.

Do you see how the super-market is earning twice? Nope. They earn three times, not twice.

Once: They buy Coke so low they actually earn by saving money.
Twice: They earn again when Coke pays for the right positioning.
Three Times: When you pay the market to buy Coke!

** Domino's makes more money selling to it's FRANCHISE people (it's called supply and demand) than they do selling to you. But only a few people know that. Read PIZZA TIGER by Tom Monaghan, the founder.

** Oprah Winfrey started a magazine called "O" and Sly Stallone started a magazine called SLY. That's because they understand that to become richer you connect thousands of people to a subscription purchase (think Network Marketing) that gets money out of people's pockets and into what you sell month after month.

10,000 people x's $40 a month = $400,000 per month. Yippee!

"OH MY GOD, Schroeder Did it Again!"
Sly and Oprah also understand that there's a fortune to be made in the supporting habits of your core audience.

 

  • Sly also sells you creamy diet pudding. But why?
  • Schroeder sells leads, CD programs and coaching. Why?
  • Oprah sells magazine subscriptions. How come?
  • I even sell a subscription to my newsletter. But why?
  • Why does Oprah also produce movies and other TV shows?

 

WRITE this down:
"There's a fortune to be made in the supporting habits of your core audience.

The Exit Program, How it Works -- If you showed your prospects United Master-Mind BEFORE you offended them (remember, they already have their own primary) with your program, could you earn $200 to $400 from those leads BEFORE you showed them your main program? Yes, you could.

-- How about if you showed your CURRENT sales organization United Master-Mind. Now think with me. If they ever quit your primary program, could you STILL earn off of them through MASTER-MIND? Even if they quit your current program? Yup.

You could.

Now You're As Smart as Donald Trump
You could STILL earn $100 to $500 per "quitter" because they are under you HERE at Master-Mind selling and making you money. That makes you like The Donald. Even if you quit and stop leasing an apartment from his New York City "Towers" he still grabs money from you when you party in his casino, watch his TV show or when you sleep in one of his many hotels.

What Earning on "Their Production Value" Means
This means you earn income as your sales team populates the industry. You earn money when they:

  • Buy leads.
  • You earn when they buy training and coaching programs.
  • You earn again when they use auto-responders.
  • You earn when your sales group comes to a live training event.
  • Be like Madonna and McDonalds. Earn in multiple ways.


The Line In The Sand Has Been Drawn
Here is my message to the "Kmart's" that stand next to me. If you can not PUBLICLY riff (off the cuff with no notes) about how your system works, offer and explain the bound psychology you use and why (and specifically HOW) your system resembles the biz-model of Domino's and McDonalds----Whoops.

Three Examples:

1.) My full page ads create sales of ten times the ad costs. I publicly explain HOW that works on our live calls.

No one does this. No one. But us.

2.) My ad copy has brought in Millions of dollars of sales. I go on live calls and break down paragraph-by-paragraph why.

No one does this. No one. But us.

3.) The HIDDEN ORDER to the UNITED MASTER-MIND home page brings in a 67% (or better) conversion ratio. I publicly explain how and what the hidden order is, on live conference calls.

No one does this. No one. But us.

I Love My Friends, But I Rarely Listen To Them
Most of friends are my Protégés. In other words at one time or another my "Brain-Trust" (my inner circle of 11 over achievers) were people who trained with me.

These guys could out-market almost anyone I know. These guys eat ambition for breakfast, they chew on marketing for lunch, they dine on their competition---as a snack and they sleep in beds lined with money. The joke is, you think I am kidding. That said though, my friends can rarely sway me once I make up my mind.

They said, "we will need a long winded 36 page sales letter to convince people that our $497 Members Inner Sanctum" would be worth it." Very Abrahamesque I thought.

I said, "no we don't. I'll introduce it, but I refuse to try to convince anyone of something so obvious. If people miss the power of our $497 MASTER-MIND they don't deserve to be here." Besides, if you have to convince anyone of anything chances are they are your enemies anyway. (Did I say that?) Well golly. What do I have to prove that I haven't already proved after someone has spent 10 minutes at MASTER-MIND anyway!

My Friends Said, "we will have to have calls and convince people to join our $497 Inner Sanctum private on-line society." Wrong.

I said, "let them test us through the little $29.95 program and if they need any more convincing they don't belong here."

I swear under oath ladies and Gentlemen, my marketing mantra is this, "give prospects enough rope (solid information) to either hang themselves or sell themselves. Cuz I ain't in the mood to swap spit, haggle with looky-loos or lose my shirt. I did all that crap as a little guy. No more.

People who are brand NEW actually get confused with marketing articles like the one you now are reading. Whatever. No biggie. Let them lose $25,000 over the next two years because of what they fail to learn.

I lost double that between 1991 and 1994. I screwed up 200+ times, took the fall, learned what doesn't work and can now explain it all.

The only people who have to bribe people into buying whatever they are selling aren't convinced themselves on whatever they are selling has the appropriate value to support their price."

I Dare Anyone To Dare Me
